Making your own cheese at home is easy and fun. In this workshop we’ll show you how to make two simple cheeses: ricotta and queso blanco. We’ll discuss the principles behind cheese making, the history of cheese in various cultures, and the equipment and ingredients needed to make just about any cheese you like at home. You’ll also be able to take home a kit of ingredients, materials and instructions for continuing the practice at home.
